Frequently asked questions
What are the advantages offered by Malsch care beds and clinical/hospital beds?
With our products, we aim to relieve care staff as far as possible and to guarantee maximum comfort for patients. The high level of flexibility as regards product adaptation allows us to provide solutions to almost all requirements.
We have recognised the signs of the times, and thus do not sell ready-made beds, but products adapted specifically to our customers' needs. In terms of price, these individual solutions often prove cheaper than standardised products offered by the competition. And, with our numerous extension options, we also offer additional flexibility.
Are all safety standards complied with?
This product bears the CE seal and therefore meets the requirements of German and European safety standards applicable to the product.

What distinguishes the Impulse care bed and the Ayleen care bed?
Essentially, the two care beds differ in terms of the mechanics of the lift mechanism and the resulting divergent adjustment options and load limits. While the Ayleen care bed is equipped with a double-claw lift system which does not support the bed's vertical adjustment, e.g. for Trendelenburg positioning, the Impulse care bed features a four-claw lift system which facilitates all adjustment options.
Another difference lies in the number of hoist motors. The Impulse care bed is equipped with two variable displacement motors. As a result, the load limits are higher than the the Ayleen care bed and they operate more powerfully when it comes to bed adjustment.
How are the prices of the various bed types structured?
The high level of individuality of our care beds and clinical/hospital beds means that we do not use bed price lists. Instead, we are happy to draw up a quotation tailored to your needs.
