The mechanically adjustable hospital bed IMPULSE KL-M from Malsch offers an independent, functional medical device for diverse applications.
Sensitive areas of forensic psychiatry and general psychiatric care, for example, especially favour the use of Malsch’s mechanically adjustable hospital beds. In addition to hydraulic height adjustment from 40-80 cm, the IMPULSE KL-M Edition 300-P also has the option to pivot the reclining surface. This supports the Trendelenburg/Anti-Trendelenburg and the cardiac chair position. The 200-P edition does not have a vertical adjustment function, only simple height adjustment. The different undercarriage has 150 mm single castors with a central brake.
However, mechanical hospital beds are also used in hospitals and clinics as a preferred independent solution, for example as emergency beds for major emergencies. For this purpose specifically, the IMPULSE KL-M Edition 200-K has a stackable, 80-cm wide emergency bed.

Malsch customers have a diverse range of functional bedside cabinets and servers that are based on the design of our clinical, psychiatric and care beds.
The clinical bedside cabinets are made from hardboard, making them extremely robust, easy to clean and resistant to disinfectants. The WK III also has a height-adjustable server. In the WK III-Flex model, the server can be switched to either side without the need for tools. WK I-M and WK III-M are machine-washable bedside cabinets and have been optimised for mechanical cleaning in a washing facility for hospital beds.
All bedside cabinets can be colour-matched to the bed décor.
Malsch’s IMPULSE KL offers an extremely functional hospital bed with flexible configuration for a range of applications in clinical care and psychiatric settings.
As an acute bed for inpatient care, edition 300 is the product of choice. The elegant design and variety of functions ensures improved patient comfort and optimum care interventions. A smooth-running undercarriage with a central brake, directional locking, and an optional fifth castor, effectively supports care staff when transporting patients. The low-maintenance and durable construction of Malsch hospital beds also ensures planning and investment security.
The slightly modified configuration of IMPULSE KL edition 400-P is specifically tailored to psychiatric requirements. ISO accessory rails fitted along the entire length of the bed with a restraint grid provides a robust area to secure restraint straps. As an alternative to measures that restrict the freedom of patient groups at risk of falling, the psychiatric variant with its low position of just 30 cm high also provides effective fall prevention. Simple enhancement options, e.g. the removable, continuous side rail system or flexible bed exit systems are available at all times.

Die Klinik-Nachtschränke sind aus HPL gefertigt und dadurch äußerst robust, einfach zu reinigen und beständig gegenüber Desinfektionsmitteln. Der WK III verfügt darüber hinaus über einen höhenverstellbaren Server. Im Modell WK III-Flex ist der Server werkzeuglos zum Einsatz auf beiden Seiten wechselbar. Der WK I-M wie auch der WK III-M als maschinenwaschbare Nachtschränke sind darüber hinaus für die maschinelle Aufbereitung in einer Waschstraße für Krankenhausbetten optimiert.
Alle Nachtschränke sind farblich an das Bettdekor adaptierbar.
Comfortable care beds are often used for patients in specialist departments of clinics, hospitals, psychiatric wards, and rehabilitation facilities. Our AURA low care bed in the homely “Loft” design is predominantly used in a clinical care setting in sleep laboratories, as a rehabilitation bed or in specialist psychiatric departments. Its appearance as a modern upholstered bed gives no indication of its technical diversity.
Further low options in our portfolio such as the IMPULSE edition 400 care bed or the new floor bed IMPULSE edition 500 offer recognised alternatives to measures that restrict the freedom of patients at risk of falling with a low-lying position of up to 15 cm (edition 500). Special beds for bariatric conditions include the IMPULSE XL edition, which provide maximum stability for safe working loads up to 300 kg while still looking extremely cosy. Malsch’s bedside cabinets for care are available in various models. The choice of design and décor can always be adapted to the customised bed.
The sturdy bedside cabinets made from a melamine-coated furniture board come in attractive wood designs. You choose: The low models “W IV” with homely wooden edging or “W I low” with its classic look are an ideal match for our low care beds. The multifunctional bedside cabinet “W III” has a folding, height-adjustable tray and can be used on either side. At 75 cm, this multi-talented piece of furniture is the exact height as the W I standard model.
At request, “W IV” is also available with two transport casters and continuous wood edging as a stand (visible side). When used with upholstered care beds, the model “W IV” can also be provided without castors with upholstered side panels in the same material.
The bedside cabinets are extremely robust, easy to clean and resistant to disinfectants.
The robust RENA residential beds in various models are especially suited to sensitive psychiatric fields. RENA beds are generally supplied fully installed and cannot be taken apart. Optionally, RENA editions 200/220 are available in an Ottoman storage design and delivered in sections. The classic design provides high stability and sturdiness. The 100 and 220 editions offer a residential bed equipped with a static sleeping surface made from hardboard. Ventilation holes ensure improved moisture transfer. The 200 edition features a two-part metal grid lying surface with an adjustable back rest.
On request, RENA is available in various wood designs.

Sie haben die Wahl: Die niedrigen Varianten "W IV" mit wohnlichen Massivholzstollen oder "W I niedrig" in klassischer Optik eignen sich vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit unseren Niedrigbetten. Der multifunktionale Pflegenachtschrank "W III" verfügt über einen albklappbaren Server und ist beidseitig nutzbar. Mit 75 cm ist das Multitalent genauso hoch wie die Standardvariante des WI.
Auf Wunsch ist das Modell "W IV" gleichermaßen mit zwei Transportrollen und durchgängigen Massivholzstollen als Standfuß (sichtseitig) verfügbar. Bei Verwendung mit gepolsterten Pflegebetten bieten wir das Modell "W IV" auch ohne Rollen mit gepolsterten Seitenwangen im gleichen Material an.
